By accessing or using the services provided by FAMF Limo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Remember if you do not agree with any of these terms we have specified, you may not use our limousine services.
1.1 To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, pick-up location, drop-off location, and other relevant details.
1.2 Changes to reservations must be made within a reasonable time frame and are subject to availability.
2.1 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.
2.2 Also, cancellations made due to unforeseen situations like extreme weather conditions, will be considered case-by-case.
3.1 Our pricing is transparent and includes all applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities.
3.2 Payments can be made by credit/debit card or the agreed methods upon reservation. And by this, we mean if you fail to make payment, it can result in the cancellation of your reservation.
3.3 Additional charges may apply for extended use, excessive cleaning, or any damages caused to the limousine during your service.
4.1 Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards the chauffeur and other passengers.
4.2 The consumption of alcohol by passengers in our limousines must comply with local laws. Remember that, FAMF Limo has the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers if they want.
4.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the limousine.
5.1 FAMF Limo ensures that all vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained for safety and comfort.
5.2 In the event of a breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, FAMF Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or solution.
6.1 FAMF Limo is not liable for any delays and inconveniences. The damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, road closures, or accidents are not in our hands.
6.2 FAMF Limo is not responsible for items left in the limousine by passengers.
FAMF Limo respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy specifies how we collect, use, and safeguard our passenger’s personal information.
FAMF Limo reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Now, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and comply accordingly.
